James E. Rubright and Nellie K. (Wilbanks) Blair were married September 19, 2015, at their home in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas.
Rev Jimmy Lancaster officiated the service.
James is a graduate of Kent State University.
He was the assistant superintendent in the Vermilion Schools system, and later superintendent for the Norwalk Schools system.
